Does anyone know how a yuma will reproduce? I have a green/yellow yuma that is about 1 1/2 months in the tank. Nothing unusual until I looked in the tank this morning, and noticed a small lump of tissue next to the yuma that very faintly resembled the same material/tissue.[-magnify] It is starting to develop bumps that are the same color as the "tentacles" of the yuma mama.
Is that how these things make more of themselves, or do they split....I am so confused. Anyone with experience in yuma sexual practices would be REALLY helpful right now![-censored]

they repruduce usually through division at the mouth but that is not to say that this is not a oiece of tissue dividing off. If it looks like it it probably is.

Sweet! All I have to do now is wait until tomorrow morning when the yuma mama is all bunched up, so I can actually see the "baby" and tell if it is developing or doing OK, or even still there!
