I have not been able to get ahold of him. I am also not sure about the fishing conditions there. Mostly we fish them by sight, u see them in the river and try and piss em off to bite, it is spose to be nasty tomorrow, the rain will wash all the mud into the river and you wont be able to see a thing. I my exp it is hard to just fish the river for salmon and make them bite without seeing them. There are also some advantages to seeing them, you can cast by them get the line through their mouth and set the hook. Techinacly they are snagged then, but snagged in the mouth IS legal. Be carefull up there, DNR are out fishing with you and will get you good for keeping a snagged fish. ALSO dont think that cause u keep a snagged fish and they have not came up to you that ur free, they will watch till ur done then tell u when, where and what time the snaggeg fish was caught.
