My snowflake toadstool was out nice and big for the first several weeks that I had it. Now, it has not opened up in about a week and a half. It is still doing well, its polyps act like they want to come out but, they do not open up and they look just like little nubs. He grows big and small back and forth, but, his polyps are not extending. I had an outbreak of cyanobacteria (red slime), but, I was able to wipe it out. My parameters are all within reason and I have moved him all over the tank, I am not sure what can be happening? Any thoughts would be helpful! :meeting:

Mine can take anywhere from a few days to a full week. But It always comes back bigger and better. Just don't mess with it it will be back to its full glory in no time.
