I read about southdown sand...... " go to home depot and buy it."

I went to Home Depot in Flint this weekend........ the ONLY sand I saw was quickrete all purpose and quickrete fine sand.......... both types say... " may contain silicate sand"

What am I looking for????

thanks

Thanks

thanks wolfeman, I'll check it out tonight. I looked through the garden section........ but I'll have to admit that the way the weather was, I didn't want to be in that store to begin with.....

I'll go back........... thanks again for the info

I used to know the SKU number of southdown, someone will probably chime in with it, but if you call the store and ask if they have the SKU number in stock it saves alot of hassles because they don't really know what you are talking about when you just ask for southdown sand, so if you can get the sku number and ask for that it is alot easier.

southdown

hey adam,

it was pierson rd. They had at least 20 bags left......... maybe 30. The number off my receipt says 090604201002 50lbtropsnd When I look at the sku on the bag there is no zero in front........... and the 2 on the end is a very small number in the corner.

hope that helps!

Dan
