Are you talking about like a JBJ nano??? I am in the process of making a super short stand for my 12 gallon eclips and was think of geting a jbj. I have had interest in the past of some people wanting me to make a stand for a jbj, canopy also, and have just started to look into the dimensions and just make like 10 or 12 of them to sell. For some reason I just dont like the look of the tank sitting on something like a desk or whatever, but I think I am going to like it better sitting on that desk ontop of a six inch stand just for looks.

Check out the JBJ Lighting website they have a stand that looks very cool and it's made for the 12 gallon cube. No pricing info yet???
How about the 18 gallon nano cube? Release date info would be appreciated.

Just spoke with the folks at JBJ Lighting. The new stand should be available within two weeks according to the guy I spoke with.
But, the big news is the JBJ 24 gallon Nano cube to be available sometime early June. One of the two models they have coming out will have a skimmer.
Guess I should have called before I posted

Thanks guys for letting me know. Skippy keep me posted I want to see a picture of yours. And you were right. I could wire the mh lights by myself. Next thing I'm working on is a calcium reactor (diy) on reef lounge.

Has anyone seen the nano-cube stands made by JBJ for the 12 gallon Nano-Cube? I was told they should be in the stores by now.

They are pretty fun to put together. My first and only so far took me around 40-45 minutes of fairly lazy assembly time. The intallation directions could use a little work, but for anyone thats spent a good amount of time with an erector set or legos shouldn't have any problems.

I'm sure we could zip one out to you. Pretty heavy thing so shipping would probably be a bear. We bought a dozen and had them shipped pretty slow, and I think we paid around $15 shipping a peice to get them to the shop.
