so one of my fish has ich, and before I go treating I bought this stuff called nox ich. I want to know if this works and is safe for corals and such. I have a quarantine tank set up but was thinking I'll just put the coral in there while I treat the main tank. Reason why is it's alot easier to grab what doesn't move. But if it's not safe what's best recommended. I need help, this ich crap is really discouraging as a first timer. Tested my water and it's on point, temp stays the same and fish don't seem stressed out.

There really is no reef safe ich treatment. Best way is to move fish to QT. Treat fish/QT with copper based meds like Cupramine or Coppersafe. Leave main tank fish less for 8 weeks. Yes it's a pain but best way.

Also keep in mind the reason people use a quaranteen is the only proven ich treatment contains copper...and you don't want this in a reef tank at all! So you moving the corals to quaranteen won't be a good idea.
