I'm going to move my 4gal to my office soon. It will sit on a 2 drawer filing cabinet, and I would like to lay down some sort of surface that looks respectable and keeps everything dry. Any suggestions beyond wondering around lowes? Thanks!

Occasionaly i will see these massive mouse pads that are 24"x16"...you can get them with all sorts of pics/colors on them (the ones i seen had a clown/nem on it...i think from Apple). That would be cheap, and waterproof since they are coated in plastic on top.

Is the filing cabinet metal? If so, I actually would grab a can of Rino-Liner from the auto parts store, that will protect the metal against rusting. Then you can place some sort of foam pad over that. Just a thought. GL

I would use that foam flooring they sell for kids rooms or garages. I picked someup at kmart for under my sump trying to reduce vibration noise.
