Ok just checking to see if there is interest in anyone building me a custom stand/canopy for a cube tank (not sure on size yet). I'm *THIS* close to downsizing but instead of buying a crappy store stand, I figure I would give the business to some of the local folks if they wanted it. Probably either pine or oak, depending on cost and things. Not anything out of the ordinary, unless you want to go wild on the artistic side of things. This is a ways off yet so there is no rush or timetable as of yet.

What size if your tank You could always jsut get some cabinets from HD and buidl them yourself that would finish off the stand. As for the canopy thos are fairly easy to build. I know a guy that works at a cabinet shop I bet he could whip out some canopy's. I'll have to check.

Well I want something that looks nice and I know I have ZERO ability to make something look nice in the woodworking area.

1. Make a 2x4 frame.
2. Paint
3. Sheet with oak plywood
4. Add trim pieces to cover joints and "make it purty"
