We have a chat feature that I just noticed was available. What do you guys think about organizing some regular chat times? I know many groups do it. It could be fun! SO here are some options for days and times. We can pic more than one. It would just be nice to get an idea of what others are thinking here.[-alien]

Sunday AM would work better for me since I tend to work many Saturdays over the summer. But I can be somewhat flexible as to times, as long as it's Sunday mornings!!!

We could do a morning and an evening time to. See which evening and which morning are the most popular and do it! Let keep this open until next Saturday and Start the Chat time after that. So if Sunday is a picked day we will start Then!

I get up early because I work days and cannot sleep past 830 no matter what time I go to bed at night. I hit the sack at 4am last night (good movie was on) and I was up at 8am. I also have to give Sneagle his Medicine every twelve hours on a pretty tight schedule. My wife on the other hand does not event think of waking uo before 11am-noon. So i have some time alone on the weekends. Since it is raining I can't mow the grass. So I am in here surfing the electronic wave dudes.

You pay that huge assoc. fee and they don't even mow your grass?? Maybe you should take over the pool and turn it into a SPS tank. Then you would be getting your monies worth![D]

400.00 a year is what they want to maintain a small pool and some common area. 400.00 per house with 400 or more houses plannned for this sub. This sub is going to be huge and they put in a little pool for all the people who will live here. I figure the average is 4 people per house so 1600 people are going to share a pool that holds 50? THey suck for that!

This is a GREAT IDEA!!!!

When I designed the site I added a chat feature but wasnt sure to how I was going to utilise it but when I seen this post I was sure this would work out great. I will monitor this post and look for a final time and day and I will make sure that this event is posted on the start page this way everyone that attends the site as it being a current member or a mew member they are aware of the chat times.

Great idea's things like this is what keeps this hobby FUN.[)]

Sunday Night and Saturday night seem to bw winning! I will email the admin this week and get this on the calender. It seems that evenings are the clear choice!
