The wife and I started weight Watchers about 3 weeks ago. I have lost about 6-7lbs (not actually "counting points") and she has lost maybe 10lbs? I have 17lbs more to go. We dont excersize, or eat as many veggies as we should, but just eating better and cutting out the crap (candy bars, chips, ice cream and snacking) has made a difference!
