I got a buble coral on Thursday nigh that I had been watching at my lfs for about 2 weeks. The coral was doing great at the store, and when i got it home and in my tank, it opened up right away, and actually got bigger in my tank then it had been in the lfs. Everything seeming to be happy, i went away for about 4 hours and when I came back i saw my yellow tang picking at it, and the whole thing was all closed up. Well, it's dead now, it never came out again, and it started to make a mess in my tank as it was falling apart. Any ideas on what may have happened? My yellow tang killed my elegance coral last week, it just kept picking at it till it killed it. Are bubble coral fragile enough to be destroyed in 4 hours?

The bubble was acclimated using a trickel siphon system over a half hour period. Acclimation problems was my first thought seeing how it shrunk up the first day in my tank, but if acclimation was the problem, then why would it have come out so well for the first few hours? Every bubble came out and the tentacles too. The thing was doing awesome. But when i came back 4 hours later, the tang was nipping at what was left of it. As far as the feeding goes, I feed my fish fortified brine shrimp, and formula one 3x a day. I also have lettuce and brocolli in there at all times. The tang never used to mess with any of my coral until one day my elegance pooped and my tang noticed and went crazy. The tang just LOVES poop, and ever since then he picks at several of my coral.
