Hello,

I'm looking to buy some sps frags all my fellow reefers. Im not looking to pay these high end prices your seeing everywhere. Im looking to get something off of another fellow reefer that enjoys talking about the hobby and sharing some nice stuff!

I have a lot of green sps so anything else you have in mind hit me up!

I also be happy to frag something in my tank as well ;)

good luck with your search. I can only speak for myself but "making money off us" is kind of a wild statement. I spend thousands a year keeping coral and fish, not including electricity. my cost for this month alone were between $800-1000 literally ,salt, foods ,ro stuff , dosing stuff and equipment replacements. now its not that I spend like that 12 months out of the year but still , id have to sell as a full time job to "make money" and to say that its ok for me to spend $50-200 per half inch to give it away for $15-25 because you don't want to pay to play is unfair. If I buy for any price its my right to sell for a similar price period . no offense that's just how it works. I know for some its good because they were in the hobby anyway but again if they wanna "give away" that's on them. sorry for the long rant but over the years ive heard enough about "making money" from the "basement guy". I, like others just cover cost simple as that.

The key is to build up your collection to trade, however, to be trade worthy, In the beginning, you will have to spend a few bucks! The start-up is the toughest part!
I see your point there ;)

Im also in chesterfield, you got any sps frags you wanna trade? PM me

I found a nice guy out in Ann Arbor! He's giving me 5 small sps frags, some nice ones to grow! Ill give some cash still tho..

Im going to visit some fish stores down there as well that he recommended. That's what I was looking for.

It should be a nice time!

Tom has a great point. You basically have to spend some cash to get in the game. Once you have some, you can always find someone that is willing to trade for another coral.

That said, I almost always have some frags available (or will cut) and most of them are $20.
