Don't have the demensions confirmed that I want yet but looking for somewhere to get 350-450 gal glass tank. I am new to the downriver area of Detroit. Does not have to be local, but in a effort to save shipping and or my gas it would be nice :)

I recommend doing some homework on glasscages.com before you buy from them. I've heard far too many bad things about their tanks and customer service to ever buy from them. True, some people have had no problems, but again, far too many people have had big problems with them.

Yes, glasscages.com will likely have some of the better prices, but remember that you get what you pay for.

I recommend:
Miracles in Glass
Aquarium Obsessed.

I've heard nothing but good things about both of them.

I got my 150 gal from House of Pets in Garden City. They have a company that builds custom tanks for them. I called about 5 or 6 other places locally and they had the best price. I'd give em a call and at least get a quote.

Thanks, thats what I was looking for.

I have heard the mixed reviews of glass cages. Saw a couple of their early tanks and then a few about 2years ago and it looked like the build quality had improved.

I had wanted to start with a new tank and design but the more I look at prices the more I'm thinking I'm not quite ready to put 5-10k into a new tank and maybe setting up my 125 again is not such a bad option :)

I bought my 300 wide starphire and a 125 wide for my sump/fuge from glass cages. I had zero issues with them. All the holes were right where I asked for them to be. If you order from them get the black silicone it is awesome. Good luck wichever route you go.
