An often repeated question here is how to post a picture.
There are 2 possible ways to post a picture in a thread.
The first is to attach the file to your post.
To do this your picture should be a maximum size of 340x340 pixels and maximum file size of 71680 bytes. The file type has to be a gif, jpg, png, txt, zip, bmp or jpeg. You will need a photo editing program to edit your picture. Most digital cameras include editing software, or it can be purchased separately.
When posting scroll down to the "attach image" option and select the "browse" button. Find the picture file on your computer and select it. Then hit enter or the open button.
That’s all there is to it.
The second way to put pictures in your posts requires that you have your pictures hosted online. There are several different online photo hosting sites, many of which are free. Do a search for photo hosting and you will find several sites. There are many free ones. Once you have your photo album set up online then it is very easy to add pictures to your post.
If your online photo album displays the IMG tag then you may simply copy and paste it into your post. If not, then when posting, click on the "IMG" button and in the pop up window put in the url of your photo and hit ok.
To get the url of your photo just go to the photo in your album and copy the url from the address bar at the top of your browser.
