Just bought a LTA

I just bought the most beautiful LTA I have ever seen, it has happily settled on the rock but won't eat for me Last night I tried silversides as reccommended, it grabbed it than it curled up, deflated, and spit it out All's well this morning thank god(I thought I killed the da#$ thing) Anyway, just wanted to know what you guys feed your anenomies and what's the proper feeding response because last night scared the crap outa me!!!

i feed mine silversides and shrimp from the meat dept. at the grocery. mine has never spit it back out though...

I feed mine krill, silversides, shrimp sometimes, bits of prime reef flake food... They always take the food, and the only time I've ever seen them spit it back out is if it is too big of a piece... Try breaking what you're using to feed into smaller bits before you give it to the anemone, and see if that makes a difference.
