Kinda crazy that the sea is not over run with the massive swarms of fish from all the areas too remote to collect from. Considering collection only effects a small percent of the reefs out there you would think the 14-97% "extra" in the untouched reef areas would be creating a population BOOM bigger than could be managed.... oh wait, it does not work like that. Everyone knows the collection guys use big fish magnets and suck the fish from around the world all to the HI airport. (sounds more believable than the article)
I do believe there should be a test and licence to sell and own SW fish and corals, but that is a whole different story.
